Job Summary
Are you an ambitious, visionary Licensed Massage Therapist tired of the traditional, volume-driven clinic/spa model? Welcome to a true partnership. We are launching a premium vitality destination in Midland, MI, and are seeking a passionate, independent Massage Therapist who wants the total freedom of running their own private practice without the isolation—or the massive overhead—of doing it entirely alone.
In this unique, non-dilutive partnership model, you will have complete clinical autonomy over your client care, modalities, and schedule. You will operate out of our beautiful, high-end 3,000-square-foot facility and keep 100% of your earnings after contributing your shared portion of the facility lease expenses (determined once the number of private treatment rooms is agreed upon).

Key Responsibilities
Operate an Independent Practice: Act as your own boss, managing your clients, specialized modalities, and custom treatment plans.
Deliver True Healing: Provide therapeutic bodywork that aligns with our philosophy of helping clients move from chasing wellness to embracing true, long-term vitality.
Collaborative Care: Dynamically cross-refer and collaborate with other Halcyon team partners (such as our Physical Therapist, Functional Medicine Practitioners, and advanced bio-stacking technicians) to build comprehensive wellness protocols for clients.
Practice Management: Seamlessly handle your booking, charting, and sales using our premium, top-tier software system (Boulevard).

Qualifications & Skills
Valid and current Massage Therapy License in the State of Michigan.
An entrepreneurial, forward-thinking mindset with a desire to run and grow your own business.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for deep, client-focused relational care.
Experience or specialized training in Myofascial Release or Craniosacral Therapy is highly desired, but not required.
Dedication to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards of your practice.
Requirements
The Licensed Massage Therapist who is the best fit for this growing professional team meets the following requirements:
Performs professional quality massage, within scope of practice and licensing (as applicable).
Designs specific sessions based on each client's individual needs.
Assists in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
Creates an excellent client experience through compassionate, professional, quality therapeutic bodywork and high-level interpersonal skills.
Performs advanced therapeutic techniques such as assisted stretching, Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release.
Utilizes other approved modalities, in accordance with applicable law.
Follows all practice policies and protocols.
Assists in the cleanliness of the location (therapy rooms and common areas).
Completes Wellness Chart/SOAP notes documentation accurately and completely, using the Boulevard platform.
Collaborates and communicates well with all Halcyon Health & Vitality team members for the benefit of every client.
Believes in and promotes the concept that the body was designed to heal itself, when given what it needs.
Is able to work independently and keep his/her own business records.
